1.在選擇電纜橋架的荷載等級時(shí)，電纜橋架的工作均布荷載不應大于所選電纜橋架荷載等級的額定均布荷載，如果電纜橋架的支吊架的實(shí)際跨距不等于2m時(shí)，則工作均布荷載應滿(mǎn)足要求。

1. When choosing the load grade of the cable bridge, the working uniform load of the cable bridge should not be greater than the rated uniform load of the load grade of the selected cable bridge. If the actual span of the suspension of the cable bridge is not equal to 2 m, the working uniform load should meet the requirements.

2.在工程防火要求較高的場(chǎng)所，不宜采用鋁合金電纜橋架。

3.電纜橋架、線(xiàn)槽及其支吊架使用在有腐蝕性環(huán)境中，應采用耐腐蝕的剛性材料制造，或采取防腐蝕處理，防腐蝕處理方式應滿(mǎn)足工程環(huán)境和耐久性的要求。

3. Cable bridges, grooves and their support and hangers should be made of corrosion-resistant rigid materials in corrosive environments or be treated with corrosion protection, which should meet the requirements of engineering environment and durability.

4.電纜梯架、托盤(pán)寬度和高度的選擇應符合填充率的要求，電纜的梯架和托盤(pán)內的填充率在一般情況下，電力電纜可取40%～50%，控制電纜可取50%～70%，且宜預留10%～25%工程發(fā)展裕量。

4. The selection of cable ladder, tray width and height should meet the requirement of filling rate. In general, the filling rate in cable ladder and tray can be 40%-50% for power cable, 50%-70% for control cable, and 10%-25% for engineering development margin should be reserved.

5.各種組件及支吊架在滿(mǎn)足相應荷載的條件下，其規格尺寸應與托盤(pán)、梯架的直線(xiàn)段、彎通系列相匹配。

6.電纜橋架在有防火要求的區段內，可在電纜梯架、托盤(pán)內添加具有耐火或難燃性能的板、網(wǎng)等材料構成封閉或半封閉式結構，并采取在橋架及其支吊架表面涂刷防火涂層等措施，其整體耐火性能應滿(mǎn)足有關(guān)規范或標準的要求。

6. In the section with fire protection requirements, the cable bridge can be enclosed or semi-enclosed by adding fire-resistant or flame-retardant materials such as boards and nets to the cable ladder and tray. Measures such as coating fire-resistant coatings on the surface of the bridge and its support and hanger should be taken. The overall fire resistance of the cable bridge should meet the requirements of relevant national standards or standards.

7.在選擇電纜橋架的彎通或引上、引下裝置時(shí)，不應小于電纜橋架內電纜小允許彎曲半徑。

7. The minimum allowable bending radius should not be less than the minimum allowable bending radius of the cables in the cable bridge when choosing the bending or pulling-up and pulling-down devices of the cable bridge.

8.幾組電纜橋架在同一高度平行敷設時(shí)，各相鄰電纜橋架之間應考慮維護、檢修距離。
